LOSING FAT DURING lockdown is all about speeding up the metabolism. When it comes to looking trim, shedding some weight can make your muscles look more defined by reducing the mask of fat that’s hiding them. The most important indication of fitness progress is what you see in the mirror, not what the scales tell you. Guys should aim for a body fat percentage of about 14% or less to expose the abs. The range for females is broader but aim for around 20% for good muscle definition.

At 62 years of age, I know a Super-A is fit and sexy, over 40, 50, 60.
